Postcard- Front: I created a caricature sample postcard to send to my clients by drawing a caricature of a person and taking the picture of him with a digital camera. I had to manipulate the size to fit the postcard format and print requirements. Created in Photoshop 7.0.
Postcard- Back: This is the back of the caricature postcard. I took the cables of the Golden Gate Bridge and added those as a design to the back of the card as well as took a photo of the Golden Gate Bridge and turned it into a silhouette- each with a lighter opacity than the text. I then manipulated the size to fit the postcard format and print requirements. Created in Photoshop 7.0.
Standard Postcard- Back: I use this as the standard contact information for some of my postcards. Created in Illustrator 8.0.
Greeting Card- Front: I created this card by drawing an illustration, scanning it in. Sizing it to the correct format and coloring it in Photoshop. This card reads (Outside) " Teacher" (Inside) "Thanks for showing me the steps!"
Business Card- Front & Back: I created my business card in Illustrator and sized it to fit the format of the printer.. I create ALL of my business cards!
Website- Page 1: I created this in Illustrator to use in Adobe Go Live as the front page of my website.
Bumper Sticker- My bumper sticker created in Illustrator.
KUSF Advertisement: This ad for KUSF 90.3 FM appeared in the San Francisco Bay Guardian in 2000. I drew a cartoon, scanned it in, grey scaled it in Photoshop, added text to encase the drawing, sized it correctly, all within the means of 300 DPI for print.
As a graphic artist and illustrator for Rozwood.com, I've developed my talents and experience as a productive graphic designer with a intermediate knowledge of graphic programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark. Within my business, I have been commissioned as an independent contractor to design a variety of projects including tee shirts, business cards, postcards, letterhead, bumper stickers, and my own website utilizing graphic software. I have also created signage and advertisement for Tower Records by traditionally and graphically.
